The V4SDB committee is happy to announce that the next V4SDB Student Summer School will take place on the 1st to 4th September 2026 at ELTE Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, Hungary.


The course will focus on the spatial transcriptomics. During the course we plan to have practical sessions, where the participants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the in silico processing of spatial transcriptomics datasets.

As part of the course we will also have a public lecture about the Human Cell Atlas Project.

Accepted applicants will need to have an active V4SDB membership, and will be required to pay a 50 EUR registration fee.
